As of January 1, 2022, Expert Service, JTA Connection’s service business unit, will operate as a subsidiary of JTA Connection Oy. The new company is 100% owned by the parent company.
JTA Connection’s business has developed very strongly to deliver automation solutions to the manufacturing industry in recent years. Expert Service’s dividing is intended to clarify the group’s strategic management and, above all, the service model.
The change will not affect existing customer service or pricing. The business ID and billing information will change. However, postings abroad can still be used under the parent company’s business ID and employer information if it affects the destination country.
Operations will continue under the JTA Connection brand, and employees in Expert Service unit will transfer to the new company as former employees.
The change is intended to enable the growth of the service business and clarify the strategic development that has already taken place.
