JTA Connection’s Sales Director Jarkko Lepistö will be moving to Bavaria’s region in southern Germany from the beginning of September to strengthen the company’s local office and presence among its current customers. JTA Connection’s Aleksi Yli-Mattila will take over Lepistö’s customers and sales duties in Finland.
In recent years, JTA Connection has invested heavily in the German market, which has paid off very well.
“We have been able to build many considerable customer relations in the country, so the market now requires more of our attention,” Lepistö explains the change of scenery.
With his new post location, Lepistö aims to exploit ongoing market momentum, even as he plans to learn more about the company’s future opportunities in Germany.
“We have customers in Germany whose pending automation projects offer a lot of business potential. Therefore, my priority is to ensure our involvement in these existing projects. Still, this is also a great chance to map out opportunities that we are not familiar with yet,” Lepistö ponders.
Furthermore, JTA Connection plans to expand its regional operations if the favorable phase shows signs of stretching.
“We have a strategic decision to increase our investments in the German market in 2023. This means most likely founding a subsidiary which will ultimately benefit our local customers,” JTA Connection’s CEO Jere Mattjus sheds light on the future.
